ToolRank is a public pay-to-rank leaderboard operated for AI and developer products. By using the site or paying for a listing, you agree to these terms.

Rank is determined only by the amount successfully paid, in whole US dollars. A listing is not an endorsement, investment advice, or a quality review. ToolRank does not verify that a product works.

You must be at least 18 years old. You confirm you have the right to submit the name, URL, description, and any social handle you provide. Listings are public, including the bid amount.

Payments are processed by Creem. A completed payment claims the rank for that URL until a higher qualifying bid is paid. Raising the same URL charges the new bid amount in full, not the difference. The original name, pitch, URL, and handle stay attached to that URL so a later bidder cannot rewrite them.

We may hide or remove listings that are illegal, pornographic, phishing, malware, spam, impersonation, or otherwise abusive, with or without notice. Removal for policy violations is not a basis for a refund.

The service is provided as-is. We do not guarantee uptime, ranking outcomes, traffic, or clicks. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ToolRank is not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect damages.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of ToolRank, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
