Privacy Policy

ToolRank collects as little as possible to run a public leaderboard and process bids.

Public listing data. Project name, description, URL, optional X handle, bid amount, rank, and outbound clicks are shown on the site and may be indexed by search engines.

Payment data. Card details are handled by Creem, not stored on ToolRank servers. Creem may send us a customer email, checkout id, and order id so we can confirm a paid bid. We store that email with the bid record.

Usage data. We count unique daily visitors with an HTTP-only cookie and count clicks through our redirect. We do not sell this data and we do not run third-party advertising pixels.

Reports. If you report a listing, we store the listing slug, the reason you gave, and the time of the report.

Favicons are loaded from Google's public favicon service based on the listing domain. Checkout happens on Creem's domain.

To ask for deletion of a stored payer email, contact the operator through the site domain. Public rank history may remain if the listing stays live.
