Refunds

A ToolRank bid is a digital listing. Rank is applied when Creem confirms payment. Because the listing becomes public immediately, settled bids are not refunded.

We will refund or void a charge when:

• Creem billed you twice for the same checkout.
• Payment cleared but the listing never appeared after we confirm the webhook.
• We cancel a checkout that never settled.

We will not refund a bid because you were outranked later, because you dislike the traffic, or because we hid the listing for breaking the rules.

Chargebacks should be a last resort. Email the operator with the Creem order id first so we can check the webhook log.
